Sales Terms and Conditions |
| The following terms and conditions apply to current
booking(s) and supercede all other terms and conditions printed on
passengers' statements. You are deemed to have read, understood and
accepted the following booking and tour terms and conditions. The
organizer shall be known as the 'Company' in the conditions below. |
- Prices shown are in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Prices and Ticketing conditions are subject to change without
prior notice.
- Prices are subject to surcharges during peak and holiday
periods.
- Customers have to undertake entire responsibility to ensure that
they have fully met with Entry Visa(s) requirements of the countries
or destinations that they are traveling to. Customers are requested
to kindly check directly with the country embassies concerned to fully
ensure Entry Visa(s) Compliance.
- All prices displayed or provided are indicative only and are not
deemed to be binding on
Worldwide Honey Tours Pte Ltd until full payment has been
acknowledged and accepted by
Worldwide Honey Tours Pte Ltd.
- All prices displayed are an "invitation to treat" and do not
constitute an offer by
Worldwide Honey Tours Pte Ltd.

Worldwide Honey Tours Pte Ltd
reserves the right to terminate any booking or transaction and refund
any collected money (if any) to the customer.

Worldwide Honey Tours Pte Ltd's
staff may provide advisory information but cannot undertake any
responsibility or liability for any changes in information.
- All prices exclude airport taxes,
fuel surcharges and other mandatory entry or exit
taxes to be paid by passengers.
- Any booking or issue of ticket is subject to acceptance by
Worldwide Honey Tours Pte Ltd.
Worldwide Honey Tours Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any error or omission
regarding prices or other information.

| Deposit
|
A deposit is required upon booking. Minimum deposit per
passenger (based on tour price) as follows:
a. Ticket / Package / Hotel below S$1000 = S$300
b. Ticket / Package / Hotel above S$1000 = S$500
c. Ticket / Hotel on Chartered Flights = Amount per terms and conditions
for principal supplier |

| Payment & Cancellation
Charges for Ticket / Package / Hotel |
Full payment is required 14 days before departure. In
the case of chartered flight departure, full payment must be made one
month before departure. Failure to comply with this may result in
cancellation of your booking and in such event, the cancellation fees as
stated below is payable by you. Cancellation fees may vary during peak
holidays (public holidays, day before and after public holidays and
school holidays).
Terms & conditions below apply only to tour packages operated by the company. For
tour products or individual components supplied by third party(ies),
e.g. Cruises, Rail services, Land tour operators, air tickets, hotel
bookings etc., cancellation charges under the terms and conditions of the
third party(ies) shall apply with a handling charge of S$50 per service
per passenger. Cancellation charges of the third party(ies) will include
no-show fee, refund administrative fee, and any deposit committed to
their suppliers to secure the confirmation of the services requested. |

| Cancellation Notice and
Cancellation Fee and Right to Reject |
| Cancellation of confirmed booking(s), at your request,
must be made in writing to avoid misunderstandings and received by the
Company to be effective. The charges in the preceding paragraph apply.
The Company reserves the right to withdraw any itinerary or any booking
made by a client or decline or refuse any person as a member of the tour
before the commencement of the tour, if it appears to the Company that
any such person is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair
the comfort and enjoyment of others on the tour. In any of the foregoing
events, the Company's sole liability shall be limited to a refund on
tour fare paid. |

| Cancellation of Tour by
Company |
| At times, due to low subscription of a particular tour,
the Company may choose to cancel the entire tour. The Company may, if it
chooses, recommend alternative tours, preferably to the same destination,
or other tour to you. Should you decide not to accept the alternatives,
all refunds will be paid to you within a month. However during peak
periods, refunds may take around 3 to 6 months to be paid. |

| Tour Price Includes |
| Your tour price includes airfare,
accommodation, airport
transfers (if any) and meals (if any), as specified in the tour
brochures/itineraries/booking form. |

| Tour Price Exclusions |
| Your tour price excludes fuel tax, airport tax, airport
security tax, airline insurance charges, visa fees, travel insurance,
customs user fees as specified by the airline and airport authorities,
laundry, excess baggage charges, beverages, room service, gratuities to
drivers and tour leaders/tour guides and tips to hotel porters, and all
items of a personal nature. Please refer to our staff for visa fee
applications, tips to hotel porters, gratuities to drivers and tour
leaders/tour guides. |

| Child Fare |
| Eligibility: Below 12 years old on the date of departure
from Singapore. |
|
| Accomodation |
| Accomodation is as specified in the package brochure
and/or the booking form. |
| Single Traveller is Subject to Surcharge by Airline and
Tour Operator |
| If you wish to occupy a single room, you are required to
pay a single-supplement, amount as indicated in the tour booking form. |
| Passports and Other Travel Documents |
|
It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that they
have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity from the date
of departure. Relevant visa(s) and vaccination(s) may be required. You
must have the necessary visa(s), vaccination(s), health certificates and
all necessary travel documents as required by the various government
authorities of the countries to be visited (e.g. Exit permit, work
permit, social visit pass etc.).

| Visa |
Please check with us regarding visa requirements.
Service fee applies for any visa application. If visa application is
rejected by embassy, the service fee is non-refundable. Different
embassies/consulates require varying lengths of time to process visa
applications. If you are not a Singapore Passport holder, please forward
your passport to us as early as possible for visa applications.
We render assistance in making visa applications, whenever possible. The
Company cannot, however, guarantee the approval of your visa
application. In the event of lost passport(s) in the process of visa
application, the Company's liability is restricted to the replacement of
the passport only.
If, for any reason, your application for visa or exit permit is
rejected, a full refund of all monies paid (excluding visa application
fees paid to the respective embassies) will be made if the result of the
rejection is made known to the Company at least 35 days prior to your
departure. If less than 35 days notice is given, the relevant
cancellation charges as stated under the section 'Payment and
Cancellation Charges' and/or in the addendums to these terms and
conditions, if any, will apply.
The Company cannot be held responsible for any expenses, reimbursements
or refunds of any tour costs if the passenger is deported or refused
entry by Immigration Authorities on the tour for whatever reasons,
including improper travel documents, quarantine, customs regulations,
possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may cause
harm/damage to persons or property. |

| Amendments to Flights
|
The air ticket issued is a special ticket issued to the
specified airlines only. It is non-negotiable, non-endorsable, non-reissuable,
non-refundable and non-reroutable. A minimum charge of S$100 per ticket
will be levied for any amendment of air tickets once issued, but subject
to airlines conditions. Any alterations of the routing or change of date
by the passenger is solely at his own risk. No refund will be made for
any unused portions of the air tickets.
At times, passengers may request for a change in the returning flights
to a later date. This is subject to the airlines' conditions, ticket
validity, additional charges and seat availability etc. Any additional
charge imposed by the airline will be borne by the passenger. For tours
operated on chartered flights, no extension/deviation is permitted. |

| Extensions and Deviations |
| Extension of stays and/or deviations may be permitted at
the end of the tour, subject to the maximum validity and restrictions of
the air ticket, seat confirmation and availability of hotels prior to
commencement of tour. It is the passenger's responsibility to hold firm
confirmation for his return flight. When the extension of stays and/or
deviations cannot be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the group's departure,
passenger is deemed to be taking original tour schedule. All extra cost
incurred to process the extension, e.g. Administration fees, will be
borne by the tour member. |
| Please note that extensions of stays
and/or deviations will be at
passenger's own expense and transfers to and from the airport will not
be provided. |

| Amendment to Booking
(Request by Passenger) |
|
For any changes in the departure date or tour type,
cancellation charges apply as spelt out under the section 'Payment and
Cancellation Charges'. |
|
|
| Amendment to
Tour Itinerary (By the Company) |
|
The Company makes reasonable effort to avoid
changes in itinerary. However, the Company reserves the right to make minor
changes at any one time without compensation and without prior notice.
|

| Travel
Insurance |
|
You are strongly advised to purchase
travel insurance coverage with respect to trip/tour cancellation/curtailment,
accident, injury, illness, medical/hospitalization, flight delays, baggage
lost etc. Our staff will be pleased to assist you with enquiries of any travel
insurance. |
|
Under no circumstances is our Company to be
constructed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of the passenger
or his/her baggage and belongings. |

| Modes of
Payment |
|
Our Company reserves the right to cancel
your booking. Title of package/Ticket/Hotel does not belong to the passenger
until good payment is made. In a situation where a defaulted cheque occurs,
alternative payment must be made by cash only. |
|
Payment may be made by cash or cheques.
Cheques will only be accepted by the Company at least 7 working days before
the scheduled tour departure. There will be an administrative fee of S$200
to be charged for all returned cheques. An interest of 2% per month will be
levied for all outstanding amounts. |

| Responsibility
and Liability |
|
Where the Company has not seen negligent nor
in breach of any duty, they assume no responsibility for injury, damage,
accident, loss, delay, or irregularities that may be caused to persons or
property, where such occur as a result of circumstances beyond their
control. |
|
The Company is an agent of airlines,
transport companies, hotels, land operators, etc. and is not liable for changes made by suppliers but
will render assistance wherever possible. |
|
All tickets, coupons and orders are
furnished and issued subject in all respects to those terms and conditions
under which the means of transportation or other service provided thereby
are offered or supplied by owners, operators, public carriers managing
agents or agents. |
|
The Company will not be responsible or
liable for (damages, refunds or otherwise): a. Mechanical breakdowns (except
where it is due to negligence on the part of the Company or its
agents), government actions, weather, act of God, strikes, terrorists
actions, compulsory
quarantine or other circumstances beyond its control. |
|
b. The failure of the client to follow
reasonable instructions including but not limited to check-in and check-out
places and times. |

| Special
Requests |
|
If there is any special request regarding
special meals, dietary requirements, adjoining rooms etc. Feel free to
inform us when booking. Such requests are subject to confirmation and
availability. |
| |
| Unused Services |
|
No refund will be made in respect to
accomodation, meals, sightseeing, tour or any other services which are
included in the tour fare but not utilized by the tour participant, either
in part of full, or where passenger amends, cancels or otherwise varies
arrangements after commencement of the tour. |

| Refunds |
|
Refunds will take a period of 6 months to
process. Value of refund and amount to be refunded is subject to the
discretion of the airline/tour operator. It is also subject to cancellation
and administrative charges by
Worldwide Honey Tours Pte Ltd/Airline/Tour Operator. |
|
In addition to the airlines/tour operator
cancellation and refund charges,
Worldwide Honey Tours Pte Ltd
will levy an administration fee of
S$50 per person. |

| Transfer of
Booking |
|
Worldwide Honey Tours Pte Ltd
is not obligated to transfer
booking out to another agent. If the customer requires
Worldwide Honey Tours Pte Ltd to do so,
a service charge will apply. |
| |
| Reconfirmation
of Flight |
|
It is the passenger's responsibility to
reconfirm all outgoing flights at least 72 hours prior to departure.
Worldwide Honey Tours Pte Ltd is not responsible for any cancelled flights by the respective
airlines. |
